Every first Saturday of the month, Hoʻokuaʻāina hosts regular community days for individuals, families, and small groups from the public to gather together for a day in the loʻi. These workdays are capped at 40 people.
Are you a group of five or more people?

For groups of five or more people, we ask that you fill out the inquiry form below to schedule a day in the loʻi, as accommodating larger groups requires planning for our staff. Whether you are a sports team, a large family, an off-island school, a group of friends, a business, an organization, or a company, we would love to host you! Please submit your inquiry via email using the button below. Include your name, number of people in your group, the age range of your group, dates you are interested in scheduling, and objectives/reasons for your visit.

For teachers and administrators working at local schools, we would love to partner with you! Our Kupuohi Education Program involves four visits throughout the school year for students to engage with all stages of the kalo growth cycle and our four core Hawaiian values-based lessons. If you are interested in scheduling one or more visits to the loʻi for your students, please send us an inquiry via email with your name, school, grade level, number of students, and objectives/reasons for your visit.
